BBC Interview: USSP Leader Reiterates Call for South Sudan's Independence

While being interviewed by BBC's Network Africa Wednesday morning in their London studio, USSP Leader Clement Mbugoniwia reiterated the Party's call for the independence of South Sudan. Asked why USSP is calling for independence at this time rather than waiting until the referendum in 2011, Mr Mbugoniwia replied that the only opportunity that the Party has to put forth the option of independence for the people of South Sudan is this time now. "If you wait until 2011 there will be no other opportunity for South Sudanese to make that decision..." He continued, "What we are saying is that let all options be made available. Those of us who want the independence of South Sudan have a good reason to give as to why we want the independence of South Sudan..."

Dear Mbugoniwia,

Although I did not follow your interview over the radio but I am inspired by the comments on the Net and the comments made by the Speaker of South Sudan's Legislative Assembly. The vision has been my view on how the problem between the North and South Sudan can be solved. I assure you that we are going to work hand-in-hand to support the party to prosper and gain the highest recognition in the whole of Sudan, especially in the South.

Thanks once more for being very clear to the people of South Sudan.

Dear Children of the great Black Race, let's begin thinking more highly, and Clement Mbugoniwia has demonstrated that by answering and defending the newly formed party [USSP] with an excellent mind. I was extremely happy to hear the excellent answers you [Clement] gave the BBC journalist this blessed morning [Wednesday]. You have set the pace for creativity and positive thinking for all your brothers and sisters to start thinking along a better line.

Clement Mbugoniwia is not a right person to lead south sudanese people. He slept with all people wives around him and made pregnant the partner of his brother Paul Tombura, the mum of 2 kids, and wondered her for an abortion from England. We have all evidence to show out, and this is not a good example for a leadership of a big country like sudan to be...
I urge sudanese people to think good before chosing there leader for not regretting later....
